This is not a talent competition and there is no single winner. Our philosophy is to invest in creators, not eliminate them. Every submission is reviewed with one question in mind: does this deserve a bigger audience?

Before you send
Is there a cost to submit?
No. Submitting to National Spotlight is completely free, and there is no obligation to purchase or enrol in anything afterwards.
Do I need professional experience?
No. We are looking for people with something meaningful to share, not necessarily polish. If you are selected we help with the rest.
Can I submit music made with AI tools?
Yes. AI-assisted and AI-native submissions are accepted. If selected, you will sign our AI content disclosure paperwork before your feature airs.
Do you take any rights to my submission?
No. Submitting gives us permission to review your work and, if selected, to broadcast it. You keep your masters, your publishing and every other right you hold.
Who can submit?
Anyone 18 or older. If you are under 18 a parent or guardian submits on your behalf. Groups, choirs and ministries should designate an adult representative.
What happens if I am not selected?
Your submission may be kept on file for future MBSGG programming or the Artist Development Academy, unless you ask us not to.
